Charterer’s Agency: Attending vessel as full agents and ensure smooth cargo operations and attend to all other requirements.
Owners Protective Agency: Attending vessel as owner’s protective agents. Coordination with Receivers, Stevedores, Master and other Authorities for fast turnaround of the vessel.
Clearing and Delivery Of Spares: Arrange Clearance of Spares supplied by Owners at Airport under TP mode, arrange despatch to Port and connecting it to vessels.
Crew Change: Handling of Sign on/off crew including their transport to Airport.
Ship Chandling : We can arrange stores / provisions / second-hand spares supply as per owners/master's requirements
Charts and Publications: We can provide charts and publications as per Master / Owners requirements.
Cash to Master: We can arrange CTM to Master, without any service charge to our Organisation.
Medical: We also arrange for Medical assistance to the ship’s crew.
Repairs / Workshop Arrangement: We arrange Shore Workshop/Hold cleaning Gang/Riding crew as per the requirement.
Freight Tax Exemption: We can arrange for freight tax exemption for countries which are having double taxation avoidance agreement with India.
Sludge / Bilge Disposal: Sludge / Bilge water disposal through port authorised company and issuance of certificate as per Marpol can be arranged.
Inspection & Cargo related Services: Through our Technical Team, Pre Purchase Inspection on behalf of buyers can be arranged at any port in India. Port Captain can be provided for smooth loading / discharging operations and attending to Master's cargo related matters.
Bunker & Fresh water Supply: Bunkers (Bonded / Duty paid) as well as Fresh water can be arranged at Ports.
Underwater Inspection / Cleaning : Arrangement of class authorised diving companies for carrying out underwater inspection / cleaning
Customs and clearance: Through our Associates we also handle Custom clearance of Export as well as Import cargo shipments.
Stevedoring: Through our Associates we handle Stevedoring of Project cargo.
